RETURNS We accept returns of threads purchased in our shop or on our website within 60 days of the date of purchase. We are NOT able to accept returns of Silk & Ivory. Canvases, Books, Accessories, Special Orders, Custom Orders, and Sale Items are Final Sales. CLASSES /CANCELLATIONS Payment for classes is required upon registration, think of this as you would buying tickets to a concert or event. Cancellations more than one week in advance of your class will receive credit toward a future class. No refund will be given for cancellations one week or less in advance of the class.
