Store Policies


We accept returns of threads purchased in our shop, within 60 days of the date of purchase.  We are not able to accept returns of Silk & Ivory. Canvases, Books, Accessories, Special Orders, Custom Orders, and Sale Items are Final Sales.



Payment for classes is required upon registration, think of this as you would buying tickets to a concert or event. Cancellations more than one week in advance of your class will receive credit toward a future class. No refund will be given for cancellations one week or less in advance of the class.



Two’s Company needlepoint will never sell, trade or give your contact information to any person or organization. Your contact information is maintained on our secure website and will be used only to communicate with you about your account or to share information about upcoming events, classes or special offers. You may unsubscribe from our emails at any time by clicking the link in the email.

All credit card transactions are securely processed through RAIN Retail services and comply with their policies on PCI compliance.

The forms we use for finishing and other services may contain your contact information. These forms are shared with those providing services for the purposes of identifying your project and contacting you in the event there are any questions.


Two's Company Needlepoint of South Carolina and our finishers are not responsible for the colorfastness of canvases, threads, paints or other materials in your stitched price and cannot take responsibility for any damage that make occur in blocking as a result of materials used. Please check each piece carefully for missed or incorrect stitching before you submit items for finishing. Be sure you insure your package if you are mailing items to us for finishing, as we cannot accept responsibility for missing or damaged packages.
