Seaside Cottage - A Two-Day Course with Deb Bryan
Deb Bryan will lead this two-day stitching class featuring her interpretation of Color of Praise's Seaside Cottage. Each day will include hands-on instruction on the canvas with lunch provided each day. Registration includes a comprehensive & illustrated stitch guide, canvas, stretcher bars, threads, beads and needles. The stitched area is ~8 square inches on 18 count canvas. Your finished piece would look great as a stand-up, flat back sign, framed, or as a pillow. Techniques will include ribbon work, Or Nue, blended shading, stumpwork, and more. You'll be working with threads and materials from around the world. Don't miss out on this spectacular adventure!

| Materials Included: | Canvas mounted on stretcher bars, all threads, ribbons and beads, a detailed stitch guide and two days of hands-on time with Deb. Lunch is included both days. |
| Requirements: | Bring your usual stitching supplies; scissors, stand, light (battery-operated only) and magnification, if needed. All class and retreat fees are NON-refundable. |

| Instructor Bio: | Deb Bryan holds a Certificate in Technical Hand Embroidery from the Royal School of Needlework (RSN) and is working to complete her RSN Diploma. She also has a Certificate as a Master Needlepointer from the American Needlepoint Guild. She recently retired from her day job as a mechanical engineer and now spends most of her time stitching and teaching. For more than three decades, she has enhanced her expertise by participating in needlework classes led by both national and international instructors. Her teaching style is fun and supportive, aimed at promoting enjoyment, relaxation, and learning through needlework. Her commitment to needlework is evident, and she welcomes participants at any stage of their stitching journey. Deb looks forward to collaborating with you during this session. |
